Tis The Season Christmas Ornaments
Hello! Thank you for visiting our website. We are not currently taking NEW orders for ornaments. Our family is welcoming our first grandchild and we can't fulfill orders placed past December 12th while we're spoiling her! Please sign up for our enewsletter to be notified when we reopen our online store.
All orders have been shipped before the USPS deadlines for Christmas guarantees.
You received a tracking number when your order was shipped, check your junk and promotions folders if you are missing it.
The postal service is severely overwhelmed with the number of packages moving through their facilities right now. This has caused them to not scan the majority of all packages at each checkpoint for tracking. We know this is not helpful to everyone using the tracking numbers but are unable to do anything about it. They have said they are working very hard to get all packages delivered before Christmas. It is not uncommon right now for a package to take weeks to get somewhere. We assure you we worked extra hard to fulfill all orders ahead of shipping deadlines and all packages were sent to USPS as soon as they were labeled. Regardless if a tracking number says it's awaiting the package, this means it wasn't scanned but is moving somewhere in USPS.
We are unable to get anymore information from the post office other than the same tracking information you are looking at. We are happy to try and help but please realize we don't have other ways of getting information from the postal service.
The other issue we have seen is that they scan a package as delivered up to two days before it actually is. We have no idea why they are doing this but have had a lot of people get them two days later. Please keep an eye on your mailbox.
We know this is very frustrating with everyone waiting on packages for the Holidays. Please be patient with the Postal Service as they do their best to navigate a pandemic and a massive increase in packages shipped due to online shopping.
